The place is immaculate and so peaceful. From the jetted bathtubs to the views, we all felt totally rejuvenated after spending full days in Yellowstone. Super grateful that the host even bought new bedding to accommodate my feather allergy.

Montana is truly breathtaking. The pictures don’t even do it justice! We were here for our honeymoon and didn’t want to leave! Waking up to such beautiful views every day and going to bed seeing the amazing Montana night sky. It was perfect. We felt like we were living large with all the amazing features this house has to offer. 1000000% recommend staying here! And with our trip being the end of October we got to experience the fall colors and snow! We also got to see deer grazing right in the front yard, it was really neat and such a great location to everything we wanted to do! We had the best trip!

The Octagon House is beyond amazing and beautiful! The area is very quiet and peacefu l. It was great to get away and not have to worry about anything. When we first arrived, there were welcoming goodies for us and a detailed book with instructions for everything in the house. Our second day, we had about 7-8 visitors (deer) near the windows. It was such a beautiful sight that morning. The House Manager Denise was very helpful, she called us before our arrival to go over things and answered all of our questions. If you want to have a nice getaway with beautiful scenery all around you, this place is for you!

We share the opinions of most, that this place is a dream stay, super unique, really posh and spa-like, amazing features, very well managed... but I don't want repeat the same things. What I love about Airbnb is the opportunity to experience another person's story through their home - the Octagon is filled with meaning and story and discovery through the books, artwork and design choices. If you're a curious mind, you'll appreciate it. The other incredibly notable quality I experienced was serene stillness and quiet outside on the deck. Like, I've never felt such soulful quiet. Maybe it's the contrast of East coast living but I just loved it, my favorite spot being a simple bench along the back side. Anyway, many thanks to Lucile for sharing this place on Earth, it's really cool and one-of-a-kind.

Amazing house with extraordinary views and extra touches. Lucile was an amazing host. Everything was so detailed. There are binders of direction for every cool detail down to the remote blinds to the HUGE jacuzzi tub. I cannot describe in words the views this house has! Sit on the deck and drink coffee, open the curtains in the bedrooms, they all have views of the mountains, relax in the tubs (deep soaking or jacuzzi) and sauna, cook in the stocked kitchen (the kitchen is fabulous!), gather around the large dining table and sleep in a heavenly bed. It really is an amazing place to stay! The house manger was so helpful as well. She answered our questions with in 5 minutes. We can’t wait to return!
